Assistance with post content scheduling & flagging priority engagement on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Customer Support:
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our courses, products, and services.
Basic Research:
Conduct research as needed on industry trends, potential collaborators, or new tools for business efficiency.
Data Entry:
Maintain records, spreadsheets, and other business-related documents.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Availability:
Approximately 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on workload. This role is project-based initially, with potential for growth as the business expands.
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience and agreed upon at the time of hiring. We're a small business with limited resources, but we value transparency and fair pay for the right fit.
